1.Calcium Silicon not only has strong deoxidizing capacity, but also can improve the properties of steel and plasticity, impact toughness and fluidity.
2. Calcium Silicon is mainly used for deoxidization, degassing and fixation of sulfur in steel fluid. In the outside refining technology of steel, the content of oxygen and sulfur in steel is reduced to very low by desulphurization and desulphurization with silicon-calcium powder or core wire.
3.Calcium Silicon can control the sulfide from in steel and improve the utilization rate of calcium.
4. Calcium Silicon not only deoxidizes and purifies, but also plays an inoculating role, which is helpful to form fine or globular graphite in the production of cast iron.
